Monsoon in Dubai!

How cool is that? Woke up to the usual hot and sunny day until it got dusty caused by the sand storm and then what do you know, it all converts to a beautiful drizzly day. What a blessing! Allah sure is happy with us today, well at least some of us. Poor kids, really want to take them out, but due to the unavailability of a car, that's not happening. So now they're dressed up with nowhere to go and instead watching the horrid cartoon network! Argh!Anyway I'm looking forward to my date with my bestie! Our first after her marriage, seriously that's like adding a whole new perspective to our conversations! :)But before that I've got a whole three hours to kill, which is why I'm blogging of course.
And I'm blogging because I like to write, I kept a diary for a good many years of my childhood.
What else do I like? Reading, drawing, walking, swimming, laughing, cakes, icecream, (all chocolate of course) ohh the list is endless, which will be gradually shared on this lovely blog over the course of time.
